PROJECT LOCAL LOVE

This holiday season, Hotel Granada Johor Bahru organized an ‘All I Want For Christmas’ program, a gift donation initiative in line with the spirit of giving this Christmas season. As part of our Care Luxury Cares project, Hotel Granada Johor Bahru has selected the Puspanesam Home & Pertubuhan Kebajikan Shan De as the recipients of our Christmas Charity drive.

Guests are invited to participate in the ‘All I Want For Christmas’ charity program by picking the children’s name tags on the Christmas Tag Board and buying them gifts suitable to their age, then handing over the gift to the hotel’s Front Office associate on or before the 16^th December 2017.

On 21^st & 22^nd December 2017, two teams were dispatched to both dates and have successfully delivered a total of 68 gifts to both selected orphanages. “We all know Christmas is a time for giving, and what better way to recognize this than with our gift of giving initiative. When we were welcomed by the happy faces of the children during our visit, we knew this was another successful CSR program and wish to repeat this success to another mile in the coming year. We would like to dedicate a big thanks to our guests & staffs for supporting this initiative.”
During the visit, the orphans and their caretakers were also be treated to a sumptuous luncheon, games & activities with the dispatching team, and giving away the gifts collected from our guests and staffs. On top of that, a total of RM1,500 worth of necessities split evenly between both homes has been generously donated by Hotel Granada Johor Bahru’s employees.
